Cancellation Policy 

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

​

  • If less than 24 hour notice is given to the instructor, the lesson is forfeited and no make up lesson is issued. No refunds are given.

  • If proper notice is given, the instructor will issue your account a make up credit.

  • Cancellations must be done through the mymusicstaff parent/student portal. Parents/students are responsible for scheduling their make up lessons on the parent portal.

  • Make up lessons are not guaranteed!

  • Teachers offer make up lessons during other student's cancellations. Teachers are not required to come in on days off to fulfill make up lessons.

  • Make up lessons can only be honored with your assigned private lesson instructor.

  • All make up lessons expire in 90 days.

LESSON TIME SWAPS

​

Upon instructor approval, students with the same instructor and lesson length may swap lesson times to accommodate schedule needs.

 

After 3 consecutive missed lessons, a student will be automatically removed from the teacher’s schedule and the time will be opened for new students.

 

INSTRUCTOR ABSENCE

 

In the event that your teacher is sick or has a conflict, they will do their best to give advance notice or get a substitute instructor. All cancelled lessons on behalf of the instructor are guaranteed a make-up lesson that will be arranged between the instructor and student or you will be credited the amount for the lesson.

No refunds are issued at any time.

  • If a payment arrangement is needed, please contact us. Lessons will no longer be given without a payment arrangement or prepayment.
